is the oldest circuit, also known as traditional circuit. During
the parade, approximately 6 Km, it is possible to observe many Salvador's historic

The
parades/blocos gather at Farol da Barra, where the parade starts, and then go
through the entire sea coast of Salvador up to the district of Ondina. This
circuit is approximately 4 Km long. It is also known as the alternative circuit,
as it was created recently as an alternative to the street circuit, which was
rather saturated. The
circuit is all along the seacoast, which makes it nice and pleasant.
